Who we are

Pegasus Land Works is run by a local owner-operator who is on every job with the machine. The focus is on practical, clean work that solves real problems: stumps in the yard, standing water, unusable pads, and piles that need to disappear.

Where we work

We serve all of Hillsborough and Pasco County, including:

• Lutz
• Odessa
• North Tampa
• Land O' Lakes
• And nearby communities

How jobs are scheduled

• Most projects can be quoted from photos, a short description and your address.
• For more involved grading or access situations, we may schedule a quick site visit.
• Once approved, you’ll receive a target date and time window and we keep you updated if conditions change.
